Axora Jewellery’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Warranty Coverages
Axora Jewellery warrants all gemstones jewellery, including products on sale or promotions, against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (when the payment is made), e.g. if purchase date is 3 Apr 2020, the warranty will last until 3 Oct 2020. This warranty doesn't include loss, theft, disappearance, or optical properties of the product or a part of the product due to scraping, breaking, chipping or contacting with chemicals. During the warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, Axora Jewellery remains its rights to investigate and rights to refuse to take actions either:
  • repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced
  • refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product in store credit
Axora Jewellery have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to us. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes our property. Warranty Service Instructions:
