Shipping & Returns
- The product is in “as new” condition, meaning it is unworn or unused.
- You initiate a return within 14 days after the delivery is made.
- You receive a faulty item(s).
- Exchange of another product at the same or less price. OR
- Gift card to spend at our store of the same value.
- Send return request. Contact Customer Service at axorajewellery to initiate a return. Kindly provide us your contact information such as name, address, phone number and return reasons so that we can help you with the refund.
- Items should be returned in its original conditions including accessories (if any), and a copy of order confirmation email. Accessories include jewellery box, pouch, tag, card, etc.
- Returns postage and costs associated with returns will be paid by customers.
- Send the item and its accessories back to us by registered post service.
- Axora Jewellery will contact you once the refund is issued.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
